Thank you for sending both the two rubidium 5650A time sources I have purchased from you.
The second one is good = 340 seconds avg. and I then get a value of ~3×10^ -10 .

However, the first one you sent me is much poorer. I have attached results of our tests on this device – as you can see fractional frequency error ca. 1.1 x 10^-7.

Can I send this poorly performing device back to you for a replacement? I am not particularly asking for my money back but another one that performs similar to the better device you sent me.
Note these two devices were tested with help of Dr Wolfgang Hermann of Astropeiler Observatory in Germany, the location of the 20m Astropeiler dish, and with whom I am hoping to undertake very long baseline radio interferometry using the 5650A rubidium time standards you sent me.
