This is a map of the area around and including NGC7635, Bubble Nebula. According to Sky Safari Pro planetarium software, the Bubble Nebula is directly in the middle of this map. I am not sure what the bright red area is – my best guess is that it is a bright part of Sharpless Sh2-162, which surrounds the Bubble Nebula. Another possibility is that for some reason the Bubble Nebula is the red area, having appeared in the map off-centre.
